During Shakespeare’s life in the 1500’s, his work was not revered as it is now. Today he is considered one of the greatest writers who ever lived. He wrote many volumes of work that are still widely read today. Shakespeare was married at the age of 18 years old and had his first child, a daughter, six months later.
